Chipshol’s objective is to realise high capital growth through the development of large scale, high quality business parks in the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol region.
The company’s financial policy is to finance land acquisitions and infrastructural works with equity. It will not enter into financial commitments for the construction phase of buildings unless tenancy agreements have been signed in advance or partnership agreements have been concluded for this purpose with one or more investors.
The company’s results are determined mainly by:
- land profits, as a result of rezoning;
- development profits, as a result of the realization of building projects;
- investment earnings, as a result of rental increases for buildings in the company’s own portfolio.
