High Speed Logistics Park

The High Speed Logistics Park (Groenenberg) of 200,000 m2 is located at Schiphol Southeast, along the Aalsmeer runway. A new development being constructed adjacent the Fokkerweg in the Netherlands, near Schiphol Amsterdam Airport at only 4 minutes from the airport cargo area.

The design objections of this development are: sustainability, state-of-the-art logistic facilities based upon the latest standards, efficient loading and unloading of air freight, distrubtion area, value added logistics.

In Q3, 2015, rezoning of the land was approved for high quality logistics facilities. In Q4, 2015, Chipshol sold High Speed Logistics Park to the French asset manager AEW Europe. The park has since been developed into a modern logistics site, where in the long run four buildings will arise with a total surface of over 100,000 m2. Designated Green Mountains Logistics Park it will be developed in 4 phases of which the first phase (30,000 m2) was completed in 2017 and was directly fully leased out. The second phase (24,600 m2) will be completed in 2019.
